Criminalize advocating the imposition of Sharia Law

The core desire of Radical Islam is to impose Sharia Law and a Taliban style government on the entire world. In Sharia Law there are no individual or Constitutional rights, and no religious tolerance or religious free speech. We need to heed the warning from what is happening in Europe and elsewhere in the world.

Anyone who is advocating the imposition of Sharia Law is advocating the over throw of our Government. The legal term for this action is Sedition. Sedition is a crime and those who advocate the imposition of Sharia Law should be treated as criminals.

We need to review our sedition laws to be sure they cover the actions of those who propose to put this country under Sharia Law. If the laws are not currently clear on this issue they need to be amended to cover the actions of those, who teach hate in the name of Sharia.

This action will give our law enforcement agencies a necessary tool to identify those who teach hatred for the United States, and our way of life. We need to identify, try, incarcerate, and deport those people who want to impose a Taliban style of government, in the U.S.. Our allies, such as the British need to do the same. The Aussies have already started taking action along these lines, and we need to encourage them in their actions.

The teaching of Sharia Law is a hate crime against women, Christians and Jews. We need to treat this action as a hate crime and act accordingly. Our enemies are using our free society and tolerance for others, as well as our tradition of free speech, against us. We do not have to accept and tolerate these actions.

We must recognize that in Islam, religion and the state, are one and the same. If a Muslim converts to another religion, the penalty is death. There is no separation of Church and State, and no tolerance of other religions.

In Christianity the the church and the state are separate and distinct entities. This is shown clearly by the words of Jesus himself in Matthew 22:21, where he says "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's. ".

Radical Islam represents evil incarnate and we must oppose Radical Islam and Sharia Law with every fiber of our being. To advocate the imposition of Sharia Law, is to propose the overthrow of our government. I repeat, this is a crime and must be treated as a crime.
