Thankyou to all who supported me in my efforts to get out the message that we can fix the problems addressed by the proposed Constitutional Amendment on this this web page. Now we watch and see if the Socialist majority in the Senate will agree with the Republican House to cut spending and address our problems. In the next election cycle the TEA Party supporters will need to target the left wing radicals in the Democrat primary and continue to keep the pressure on Republican spindthrifts. Where these efforts fail it will be necessary to elect members of the Constitution Party and it's state affiliates such as the Taxpayer's Party.

I have ran for Congress in prior years to put forth a way to fix Social Security / Medicare without raising taxes or cutting benefits. The way to do this is to make changes to the Social Security Trust Funds that will stop Congress from looting the Trusts, and then transfer oil and gas properties owned by the Federal Government into the Trusts, with a mandate that the properties be developed so the oil and gas revenue can be used to pay benefits in excess of the amounts covered by current contributions. I have concluded that the restrictions on Congress can only be accomplished with a Constitutional Amendment since no Congress can legislatively bind a subsequent Congress.

There is nothing in the Constitution which limits an amendment to a single item, and since change is necessary, I have concluded that an amendment covering multiple issues should be proposed.

We must amend our Constitution to end the assault on family, marriage and the American way of life. When elected I will submit a proposed amendment to the Constitution which will do the following.

Define marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

End birthright citizenship and define natural born citizen.

Stop Congress from looting the Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds.

Require politicians to only accept campaign contributions from individuals eligible to vote for them.

Make English our national language.

End government mandated discrimination.

Prohibit Congress from requiring the purchase of any good or service.

Prohibit any law which outlaws the growing, possession, use or marketing of any herb.

Include a Citizens Line Item Veto to stop unconstitutional pork barrel spending.

Include the Parental Rights Amendment.

Prohibit any law with a primary purpose of protecting people from themselves.

Overturn the Kelo decision.

Prohibit government from exempting itself from laws it passes.

Nothing short of the election of third party candidates, who will propose and vote for this amendment, will cause our Congress Critters to pass an amendment which will limit their power.

If I do not get elected this resolution will not be submitted to Congress. We must take back our country and I ask for your votes and support so I can do my part to restore our constitutionally limited republic.

A note to those of you who vote Democrat. If you are like my late father-in-law ( a retired autoworker ), who would never under any circumstances vote for a Republican, and are discusted by the the attacks by the Democrat Party on the Christian faith. I ask you to vote for the Taxpayers Party. You do have a choice which is pro-life and for traditional family values. You can fullfill your civic responsibilities and vote without supporting a candidate who does not share your core beliefs.
